These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website, the booking of consultations, and every service offered by Dimple. By accessing this website or booking any consultation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Our Services

Divine Dimple offers consultations and guidance through:

  • Vedic Astrology

  • Vastu Shastra

  • Numerology

  • Palmistry

  • Face Reading (Anga Lakshana)

  • Spiritual Healing

  • Other related spiritual and holistic guidance services

These services are rooted in traditional Indian knowledge systems, personal interpretation, experience, intuition, and spiritual guidance.

They are intended to support self awareness, personal growth, and informed decision making.

2. Nature of the Consultation

Every consultation is conducted with sincerity, professionalism, and genuine intent to guide the client.

The insights shared during a consultation are based on traditional methodologies, the information provided by the client, and Dimple's professional interpretation and experience.

Every individual's life circumstances, choices, actions, environment, and external influences continue to evolve. As such, no consultation should be interpreted as an absolute certainty or guarantee of future events.

The purpose of every consultation is to provide guidance, perspective, and possible directions rather than definitive outcomes.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While every consultation is conducted with care, honesty, and complete dedication, Divine Dimple does not guarantee:

  • Specific life outcomes

  • Financial gains

  • Marriage

  • Pregnancy

  • Career success

  • Business success

  • Health improvements

  • Relationship reconciliation

  • Removal of obstacles

  • Spiritual experiences

  • Exact timelines

  • Fulfilment of predictions

Many factors influence human life, including personal decisions, free will, changing circumstances, and external events beyond anyone's control.

4. Personal Responsibility

The client remains solely responsible for every personal, financial, medical, legal, business, educational, relationship, or lifestyle decision made before, during, or after a consultation.

Consultations are intended to assist your decision making and should not replace your own judgement.

5. Not A Substitute For Professional Advice

The services offered by Divine Dimple are not intended to replace advice provided by qualified professionals.

Clients should continue to seek appropriate advice from licensed medical practitioners, psychologists, psychiatrists, financial advisors, chartered accountants, advocates, architects, engineers, or other qualified professionals whenever required.

No consultation should be interpreted as medical diagnosis, psychological counselling, legal advice, investment advice, or any other regulated professional service.

6. Spiritual Healing

Spiritual Healing is intended to promote emotional wellbeing, relaxation, self awareness, and energetic balance.

It should not be interpreted as:

  • Medical treatment

  • Psychological therapy

  • Emergency intervention

  • A cure for physical illness

  • A replacement for prescribed medication

Clients should never discontinue medication or treatment without consulting their healthcare provider.

7. Vastu Consultations

Vastu recommendations are intended to improve the energetic harmony of a property using traditional Vastu principles.

Recommended remedies are based on the information, measurements, photographs, floor plans, or site visits available at the time of consultation.

Divine Dimple does not guarantee property appreciation, financial gains, business growth, or resolution of every issue through Vastu remedies.

8. Astrology, Numerology, Palmistry and Face Reading

Interpretations are based upon recognised traditional systems together with professional analysis.

Different practitioners may occasionally interpret the same chart, numbers, palm, or facial features differently.

The consultation provided represents Dimple's professional opinion based upon her knowledge, experience, and spiritual understanding.

9. Client Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, including but not limited to:

  • Name

  • Date of birth

  • Time of birth

  • Place of birth

  • Property details

  • Photographs

  • Floor plans

  • Any other information relevant to the consultation

Divine Dimple cannot be held responsible for conclusions arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.

10. Confidentiality

Every consultation is treated with complete confidentiality.

Personal information shared during consultations will never be intentionally disclosed to third parties except:

  • Where required by law

  • With the client's express permission

  • Where necessary for payment processing or appointment management

11. Recording of Sessions

Clients may not record consultations without prior written permission.

Likewise, Divine Dimple will never record sessions without informing the client beforehand.

12. Respectful Conduct

Divine Dimple is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for every client.

Abusive language, threats, harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behaviour, or repeated disrespect towards Dimple or her team may result in immediate termination of the consultation without refund.

13. Appointment Policy

Appointments are confirmed only after successful payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled consultation.

Late arrivals may result in a shorter consultation to avoid delays for other clients.

14. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultations require significant preparation, analysis, and dedicated time.

For this reason:

  • Payments made towards completed consultations are non refundable.

  • Payments for consultations that have already commenced are non refundable.

  • Custom reports, charts, remedies, written analyses, or personalised recommendations are non refundable once work has begun.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice may be treated as completed appointments.

Where a consultation is cancelled by Divine Dimple due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may be offered an alternative appointment or a refund at Dimple's discretion.

15. Remedies

Any remedies suggested during a consultation are offered in good faith and are intended to support the client's spiritual journey.

Clients remain free to accept or decline any suggested remedy.

The effectiveness of remedies depends upon numerous personal and external factors and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

16. Intellectual Property

All written reports, consultation notes, website content, graphics, logos, videos, educational materials, and other intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Divine Dimple unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Dimple shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, financial, business, or personal loss arising from:

  • Interpretation of a consultation

  • Decisions made by the client

  • Delay in expected outcomes

  • Non occurrence of anticipated events

  • Acceptance or rejection of suggested remedies

  • Personal expectations regarding consultation outcomes

The client acknowledges that consultations are guidance based services and accepts full responsibility for the decisions made following the consultation.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Divine Dimple principally operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

19. Acceptance

By booking a consultation, making payment, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

You further acknowledge that you are seeking guidance voluntarily and that all decisions made following the consultation remain your own responsibility.
